Since my datapoints has 1250×5 size (X Y Z param_u param_v), and it was mirrored, or the original size is 625×5,Thus, i create matrix with size 25X25. So far, the matrix must be in the same size (e.g 25×25, 10×10, etc), i haven’t tried yet if the matrix has different size.

Put the data points into a variable, says A and copy this code below:

k = 1;
for i = 1:25
	for j = 1:25
		XX(i,j) = A(k,1);
		YY(i,j) = A(k,2);
		ZZ(i,j) = A(k,3);
		k = k + 1
	end
end
for i = 1:25
	for j = 1:25
		XXX(i,j) = A(k,1);
		YYY(i,j) = A(k,2);

		k = k + 1
	end
end

NOTE : The above code may or may not perform better since its use poor looping
Try to visualize it using surf command by calling :

surf(XX,YY,ZZ);
hold on;
surf(XXX,YYY,ZZZ);
